Regeneration and Renewal

Sustainable Communities in Dagenham

We are going to create new communities in Dagenham, where new homes, schools, health facilities, children's centres, community and leisure facilities will be built to benefit everyone.

At Dagenham Dock many jobs will be created for local people as it becomes London's home for green business.

To support regeneration in Dagenham we are building a new transport interchange at Dagenham Dock. The first phase of building will begin in 2007.
