Dagenham Dock currently houses a range of open storage, warehousing and distribution uses, with scrap metals, aggregates, bulk liquids and waste materials stored openly.
The site is strategically placed and has river access. It is superbly located for access to arterial roads (A13 and A406) and is close to the M25 and the rest of the national motorway network.
Our vision is to transform this area into a flagship development for the new industries responding to the environmental imperative and to capture part of the huge European market for green business.
At the centre of the site will be the Environmental Technology Resource Centre for London, which will provide demonstration units and incubator space, as well as shared research and exhibition facilities.
A Sustainable Industrial Park around the Environmental Technology Resource Centre for London will provide premises for green industries and a future home for the University of East London's Manufactured Aggregates Research Centre.
