9. The improvement plan

9.1 The procurement 'improvement plan' incorporates actions required as identified from the Best Value Review and further developed as part of the strategy.

9.2 The actions are set out as key tasks needed to ensure compliance with Best Value, the Procurement Strategy and cross referenced to the key outcomes as detailed in paragraph 2.3 of this strategy.
