Pre-Qualification Questionnaire
When responding to a tender advertisement suppliers can apply for tender documents. If the supplier is not already registered with Constructionline or has an equivalent accreditation, they will be asked to fill in a 'Pre-Qualification Questionnaire', (
PDF 89K) also referred to as a 'Request for Information' when using our electronic tender system Oracle e-Sourcing.
The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is used by the Council to evaluate initial responses to contract advertisements and to shortlist before sending out a full tender pack.
The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire sets out the information which bidders are required to provide to Barking and Dagenham Council and which enables the Council to identify the most suitable suppliers to invite to tender for contracts.
