The library service subscribes to a number of online information services. You can also practice for your driving theory test and Life in the UK Citizenship test online too. You can access any of these services using your Barking and Dagenham library card number. These can be accessed free from any library in the borough or on any internet enabled computer using your Barking and Dagenham library card. The Online Information Service page explains what is available.
