Eastbury Manor House

Business functions

Eastbury Manor House is available for all manner of Business Functions including meetings, conferences and training, Wednesday to Friday throughout the year (excluding bank holidays). There are various sized rooms accommodating up to 100 people, more standard sized rooms are available for smaller groups.

Additionally, we can accommodate one group of up to 20 on Mondays and Tuesdays. On booking, you will be allocated the room most suitable for your needs. You may also wish to discuss which room layout is most appropriate and what equipment you require.

Refreshments can be served throughout the day in our Garden Café which is open from 9am - 3pm. Refreshments include tea, coffee and biscuits as required. Buffet lunches are available to suit a range of tastes and budgets.

Lunches all include orange juice and mineral water as standard. In addition tea and coffee can be served alongside lunch upon prior request.

Please note: All catering must be booked through Eastbury Manor House and the café closes at 3pm.

Nearer to the date of your booking please contact Eastbury Manor House to discuss the final arrangements. If you have any special requirements or queries we will do our best to facilitate you.

Hirers are advised to visit Eastbury Manor House to ensure facilities are suitable for their needs. If the booking is not being made by the person running the course or meeting, it is essential that all the information is passed to the facilitator of the event.

Once we have received your booking form, Eastbury Manor House will issue written confirmation. In the event of cancellation please notify Eastbury Manor House in writing.
