Exploding this Autumn!

Molten Festival 2008 will be turning up the heat this Autumn, bringing celebrity acts, top local talent and masses of free arts activities to Barking and Dagenham. There's something for everyone, from The Blockheads to pottery classes, from choirs to stand up comedy, from folk superstars to Grime artists, everyone is invited to join in the party.

Molten Festival is packed full of amazing opportunities for free family fun, outdoor spectacular events, fireworks, giant mechanical birds, human Catherine wheels, bandstand music - Molten has it all!

A Month of Sundays|

Each Sunday throughout October sees massive Molten Variety Shows at the Broadway Theatre, Barking, where legendary performers share the stage with foot jugglers, Arabic dancers, folk sensations and top comedians. Each Sunday show also boasts the world premiere of plays written especially for Molten. Tickets are selling fast for these unmissable events so make sure you book early.

Grand Finale - Sunday 2 November 2008|

Molten Festival goes out with a bang at the Grand Finale. Get down to Abbey Green for an amazing firework finale, live music, illuminated volcanoes and carnival atmosphere. Free and family friendly, join us for this years' Molten send off and to celebrate a fantastic festival.
