Living the Dream is a trust set up by the borough which will also assist and support these athletes through to 2012 by looking for sponsorship and training opportunities and promoting each athlete in their chosen field of sport.

When applying for Living the Dream grants evidence of national squad and ranking will be required in the form of supporting documentation from your coach.

Each application will be judged on its own merit.

In addition, the Council's Gifted and Talented Grants are available to assist local sports people as they strive for success, sporting excellence and even an Olympic medal!
