Conor is just 15 years of age and a very talented and has collected an array of medals for karate. In the last year Conor has won 15 gold medals, 5 silver and 5 bronze.
He became British Champion in 2006 and more recently took double gold at the regional championships, gold and bronze at the national championships and gold at the Amateur Martial Association International Championships.
In addition Conor got double gold in 2007 at the youth games representing Barking and Dagenham.
He is currently ranked 1st in the UK for 14-15 year old boys and is hoping to eventually get a senior england squad place.
