Barking and Dagenham 5 Mile Race and 3km Fun Run

This year we will be returning to this venue after a successful event last year. The route will cover mostly parkland which will ensure better health and safety for all the races.
The route is multi terrain but the majority of the course is flat.
The 5 mile race is open to affiliated and non-affiliated runners alike and we encourage everyone to enter any of the races to compete, have fun, keep fit or simply fund raise for their chosen charities.
The 3km fun run can be entered by all ages and this year we have 3 different race categories.
Facilities on Site
Parking, first aid, toilets, catering and changing area will be available on site.
Trophies
Medals will be awarded to all finishers. All trophies will be awarded at the prize giving in the arena at the Country Fair.
5 Mile Race categories
- 1st 3 Male and Female
- 1st Male Veteran 40 / 50 / 60 / 70
- 1st Female Veteran 35 / 45 / 55 / 65
- 1st Affiliated Club of 3
- 1st Unaffiliated Team of 3
3km Race Categories
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd (male and female) 10 years and under
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd (male and female) 11-16 years
- 1st male and female 17 years and over
Also on the day the Eastbrookend Country Fair will take place.
