Two young Barking and Dagenham athletes have had their own masterclass from track legends Christine Ohuruogu and Jo Fenn.
Triathlete Zoey Littlechild, 15 and Daniel Stepton, 16, both from Barking, enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with the stars.
Christine and Jo were on hand to offer advice and inspiration to talented teenagers from across the city as part of the support offered by Balfour Beatty, which is to sponsor the London Youth Games for the next 6 years.
Balfour Beatty invited youngsters from each of the 32 London boroughs to the launch of next year's London Youth Games by the engineering giants.
As a youngster, Christine twice took part in the London Youth Games, which she described as "great fun and a fantastic experience."
