Timetable for reception admission
The timetable for getting a place in a reception class for an infant or primary school within Barking and Dagenham in September 2008 is as follows.
Friday 8 February 2008
Deadline for Common application form (
PDF 155K) to arrive at your preferred school. This allows the school to send the forms to the Admissions and Attendance Team by the final closing date of Friday 15 February 2008.
Friday 15 February 2008
Deadline for the priest's reference form to arrive at your preferred voluntary aided school.
Friday 15 February 2008 - 5pm
Deadline for the common application form to arrive at the Admissions and Attendance Team at the address shown.
If we receive any applications after this date, we treat them as late applications and will not process them until after Friday 4 April 2008.
Friday 15 February 2008 - 12 midnight
Deadline for online applications. You cannot apply online after this date.

We send letters to parents to tell them our decision on applications we received by the closing date. We cannot tell you decisions over the telephone.

We must receive your reply form letting us know whether or not you want the place we have offered you, otherwise we will automatically withdraw our offer and your child will not have a school place.
