Application forms
If you want to apply for a reception school place for your child for September 2008, please apply online.
Alternatively you may print the Common application form (
PDF 155K) and return it to the Admissions and Attendance Team at the address shown by the closing date - Friday 15 February 2008.
If you apply to any of our voluntary aided primary schools you and your priest will also need to fill in a Supplementary forms (priest reference form) and send it direct to the relevant school.
You will also need to write to the school and enclose a letter giving the name of the priest you left your priest's reference form with and the date you left it along with with a photocopy of the following documents:
- The child's birth certificate
- The child's baptism certificate (not necessary for applications to St Margaret's)
- Proof of parent's or carer's address (including utility bill within last 3 months)
- Proof of child's address (child benefit book or letter from the Benefits Agency)
