This is All Saints

Welcome to All Saints Catholic School and Technology College. We are the only Catholic voluntary aided secondary school in Barking and Dagenham, and one of the first specialist colleges in the country.

We are proud of our reputation as a warm and safe community, committed to peace. Every student is equally valued. They all bring their own special gifts to the school. We value and encourage the strong partnership between the school and parents, all of whom we invite to play a full role in the life of the school.

As a Catholic school, we principally serve the Catholic parishes of Barking and Dagenham. We also have the support of other local deaneries and parishes.

Modern learning

As a specialist technology college, we place a great deal of importance on making sure students develop skills which will prepare them for lifelong learning and the world of work.

Every student leaves the school with a high level of ability in using computer technology. The modern science facilities offer a superb environment for students to develop their scientific understanding and curiosity.

Apart from technology, we allow students' creative talents to thrive in a number of areas. The modern music and drama facilities support the artistic parts of the curriculum and the school environment is improved by the high-quality displays of students' work.

Care within our community

The pastoral (support and guidance) system of our school is based on gospel values. The worth of each person is at the heart of all our policies, including our anti-bullying and equal opportunities policies.

Our in-house mentoring schemes, learning enhancement centre and trained counsellors make sure that students can be given extra emotional and academic support when necessary.

The exciting future

We are a popular school with a bright future. We set challenging, but achievable, academic targets. We also offer a wide range of after-school and outside school activities. This means we are ready to meet the learning needs of all students.
